• In the evening enjoy a half bottle of champagne with canapés before a 6 course seasonal menu created and cooked by Bryan Webb, with coffee and petit fours included.
• Wake up to a traditional Welsh breakfast or alternatives such as Finnan haddock, smoked salmon, laverbread in an overcoat or an omelette of your choice.
• Take home a keepsake copy of the menu or purchase a copy of Bryan’s cookery book, Bryans Kitchen ‘Not bad for a Taff’.
• You can upgrade to our 9 course tasting menu for £15per person

  The Gourmet – 2 night break

On the second night enjoy bed and breakfast for £140 and choose from our daily changing menu of either just two starters £30, two courses £38 or the full Tyddyn Llan menu £45, treat yourselves to two nights of pure decadence and ultimate, impressed luxury that takes some beating. **
